Hot Docs to host The Homestretch World Premiere

Today it was officially announced that The Homestretch will world premiere at Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival on Saturday, April 26th 2014. Our film will show a total of three times throughout the festival, which is the largest of its kind in North America.

The Homestretch will be featured as part of Hot Docs World Showcase, co-presented by Manifesto Community Projects. Most of us involved in making the film will be at the festival to champion it, but there will be two VIPs in attendance that are far more important than us: Anthony and Kasey, the film’s subjects. Thanks to funds provided through our successful and ongoing Kickstarter campaign, we’ll be able to get these two passports, plane tickets, and the royal treatment at Hot Docs.
